Summer of 2020 has been good for Williams & McDaniel Property Management. We have acquired 3 more properties in the City of Guelph. With these acquisitions, we now have 3000 suites across South Western, Central and Northern Ontario.
In July, we purchased 115 Guelph Street, Guelph. An 8-unit walk-up building in a well-established, tree lined neighbourhood in the west end of the city, this building is close to many amenities including shopping, elementary and secondary schools, and bus routes.
70 and 72 William Street are both 4-storey apartment buildings with 23 units each. Both were acquired in August 2020. These beautiful buildings are located in the "St. George's Park" area, a highly sought-after residential district. They are located within walking distance to grocery and drug stores, schools (both elementary and secondary), library, bus stops, and Guelph General Hospital.
The acquisition of these 54 additional suites strengthens our home base in Guelph, where our head office is located. Each Building will undergo upgrades and renovations to bring them to the well-known standard that we at Williams and McDaniel strive to uphold.
