The team at Williams and McDaniel is happy to announce that we recently received our 800^th Google review. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and that’s why receiving 5-star reviews means so much to our team.

We would like to use this milestone as an opportunity to acknowledge our wonderful residents, without whom, none of this would be possible. We're all busy, so when our residents take the time to recognize our efforts with a 5-star review, it warms our hearts. We also realize that not every review is positive. Thank you to our residents who provide us with constructive feedback. We use this feedback as an opportunity to learn and grow as we focus on maintaining and elevating our high customer service standards.

Our current Google rating stands at an incredible 4.8, one the of best in our industry. This feat is a testament to the hard work of our amazing team. Day in and day out our team goes the extra mile for our residents, doing everything in our power to ensure their experience with Williams and McDaniel is world-class.

As we take time to celebrate this incredible milestone, we also set our sights ahead to 900 reviews and beyond.
