We are looking for Home Renovation Technicians of various experience levels. We perform
various projects in our buildings from small repairs and enhancements to working on larger
projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements.
The Renovation Technician will complete work orders created by the Property Manager to
professional quality standards and on budget. Projects will be various sizes from small repairs
or enhancements to as large as full basements. Sometimes working on your own and at others
with a team (depending on the scope of the project).
Requirements to fill this position:
- 2+ years’ experience
- Must have a driver's license/be able to commute.
- Able to read the blueprints and shop drawings for the project.
- Monitor the site and timely completion of work
- Perform carpenter duties as requested by the construction manager.
- Install doors, trims, cabinet, laminate, rough and finish carpentry
- Provide regular status updates to the construction manager and report any issue
that arises
- Execute duties with safety compliance and standards in accordance with OSHA
- Knowledge about footing and foundation of new houses and renovation as needed
- Possess knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliances to be utilized on site.
