Williams and McDaniel Property Management is thrilled to announce that it has entered the Sault Ste. Marie market with the acquisition of a 9-apartment building portfolio totalling 349 suites. This well-maintained portfolio was acquired from the CLV Group of Ottawa, Ontario at a purchase price of $35 Million.
"We were presented with the opportunity to acquire this size-able portfolio of quality, well-maintained properties and we acted upon it", Clark McDaniel, CEO of Williams and McDaniel Property Management which is based in Guelph, Ontario.
